Current Columbia Salmon Plan Hurts Endangered Salmon

Last week, a group of retired government biologists joined forces to publish a guest editorial in the Oregonian. The group, led by retired IDFG director Rod Sando stops short of saying that the only solution on the Columbia system is removing Snake Dams however they are highly critical to proposed reductions in spill during the critical spring outmigration.
